Ok brobots, what do you eat for breakfast?

Yes I know this has been posted plenty in the past, but I'm struggling ok?

I have been doing your standard cereal/oatmeal and 3 eggs for breakfast for a couple months now, but I need to chill on the eggs. So anyway, I have recently just been having cereal/oatmeal with a protein shake but that is just temporary. I need new ideas.

Enlighten me my fellow culinary wizards.

6 eggs that start out as an omlet and quickly become scrambled.

I add some diced green peppers and diced tomatoes and keep scrambling the eggs until done.

That way, the eggs get cooked but the vegetables are not all mushy from being cooked too long.

2 eggs mixed with a can of tuna... mix it up good and cook it flat like an omlette...
a little shreaded cheese and fold over and top with some salsa... tall glass of juice with the omlette

finish it off with a bowl of shreaded wheats and milk...
********************
btw tuna mixed with the eggs before you cook tastes better, but stinks up the place something aweful... to lessen the smell, just make the eggs, then dump the tuna on top spread it out with cheese to warm it up, then fold it over like a regular omlette...

Marijuana, and lots of it.

I wake up and have two egg whites and then repeatedly stick my finger in a jar of natural peanut butter and then I lick it in a suggestive manner. Then, I have 1.33 cups of rolled oats with a little cinnamon in there. If I'm going to be working out an hour or two after I wake up, I have the egg whites but then have two whole pitas with some natural PB spread on there. I pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds, fold them over and go to town. I'm pretty lazy and that's the quickest, cheapest, and easiest means of quality sustenance I could come up with.

5 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1/3 cup dry oatmeal, 2 tblsp flax meal....

Mmmmmmmmmmmm

I have 2 30cc scoops of unflavored whey protein, one banana, and about 500ccs of milk

Do you scream at the top of your lungs every morning, "I need 500cc's of milk! STAT!"? I totally would is all.

1/2 cup oatmeal, protein shake mixed with 2 cups of milk, and 2 fish oil caps. it's like the dream Sunday morning breakfast. nothing better than waking up to the smell of freshly squeezed protein shake.

Bowl of oatmeal and if I`1m lazy (usually am) sprinkle G-plenish and protein powder on top, add water, don`t heat and eat.

If I have the will power, I`ll eat a can of tuna or can of chicken... with oatmeal.

You guys haven't said anything very cool. I want to see a super secret never before fathomed awesome breakfast delight. Jerks.

it varies alot, but usually im not hungry until 11 in the morning, i get up around 7.

When i do eat it its usually just a protein drink so i have something in my stomach when i take a crapload of pills/vitamins/herbs every morning. Sometimes i just have a sandwich made with thinly sliced meats.

I have no advice for a good breakfast if thats what you're looking for. At least not healthy breakfasts. Cold pizza from the night before is the best breakfast on the planet IMO.

I just want to lay off the eggs, 3 whole ones a day in the morning, because I don't want to have any cholesterol problems. Now I'm not sure if that is valid or not since I hear different stories about eggs every ten minutes, but I'm kinda sick of them anyway.
