Been doing great just lifting and working in the family business! 242 at 5'10 is crazy jsut shows ya don't need what most are pushin around here
You are looking thick as well my friend! I wish I was into bodybuilding at your age..I was too busy partying lol..I guess I really don't regret it but good to see young dudes getting into the sport at such a young age is nice to see nowadays

English isn't my native tongue so I sometimes misunderstand things completely.
