Lifting would be pretty stale if you weren't constantly setting PRs, and it is safe to say that you're definately doing SOMETHING wrong if you're not.

I love reading about people's workouts and PRs. Motivating and educational.
 
Looks like people are working like mad this month. Must be spring fever or something.

ive been setting a few prs lately, im really enjoying it too. really brings a whole new aspect and excitement when going to the gym every day. i was pretty stagnant on weight use there for a while, but all of a sudden i set like 4 prs in 2 consecutive days, and ive been goin up from there.
 
It could be a progress report if you like, since people are reporting on their progress.

yeah as a matter of fact i did. i have done 315 on squats to parallel with a belt and knee wraps on for 12. on tuesday i did 315 to parallel with no wraps or even a belt for 8.

also did st leg zercher ( your favorite;) ) with 225 for 6.

For the first time in over a year, I'm not setting a PR every time I touch the weight. I haven't felt good the last couple weeks. Feel kinda drained and achy...started shortly before the KY trip. So I'm taking it easy for a few weeks. I plan to kick it back into high gear next week. I think my body was just teling me it needed a break.

im sorry girl, well you back in no time. i hope the shoulder is feeling better. sometimes you have to get worse before you get better. it seems im always stuck in a rut when i get a 20lb pr. so you never know. im fasting today, (which is very hard) but i will be ok. so i will be ready to eat again and start dynamic lower body on saturday.
