**OFFICIAL What I'm Eating Right Now Thread**

• Ton o veggies (Broc, Green Beans, Capri/Fiesta blends)
• 4 oz Fit N easy Chicken cubed
• ½ tbsp EVOO over top & table salt
 
2 banana pancakes with butter & real syrup.
3 eggs over hard
5 strips of burnt bacon the way i like it :evil:

a little venting:
Yeah, I've been eating like an asshole :rolleyes: ... and only about 3-4 times a day past few days too, crazy week and out of state tomorrow so not trying to stress about it and just deal until next week... I had this last meal in preparation of lifting in a few hours.

lol, nice link, JKurz. That reminded me of this, and I just noticed where the restaurant is located. It's in PA, and of course everyone can see where I'm going with this...T, you need to hit that place sometime before you move to MI.

I mtry it...about an hour after squats and pulls would be perfect....It said a 100lb girl finished it, lol
 
I'll post some select worthy meals I've had over the past few days:

  • Subway 12" chicken (double meat) on Honey Oat (sooo good) with a 20oz Cherry Coke (70 grams of sacred nectar).

  • Homemade chili with cheese... homemade corn bread, banana bread... omg the baked goods were to die for.

  • My breakfasts every day consisted of a ham & cheese omlete and stack of pancakes or waffel... with bacon or scrapple (yes, i know what it is. No, I try not to think of what it is when it tastes so good, lol)

  • B.K. chicken sandwich and a B.K. double cheese burger... with lemonade

  • 2 bags of Peanut M&M's

I was only able to eat 3 times a day most of the time as well.

... back to eating better :)

4 egg omlette with ham/onions/mushrooms

3 strips of lean bacon burned to a crisp

3 slices WW toast

1 quart of skim

that was breakfast at 7:30.....having a slice of pound cake with some strong black coffee now

Tomorrow is heavy power cleans and front squats, and the post-workout meal will be at Wendy's.

~ 2 cups of egg beaters scrambled with 1.5 slices of american cheese (lol, yes, 2 slices would be too cheesy :p )
.75-1 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda to taste
small cup of Ruby red 100% grape fruit juice (I love that stuff) ... guesstimate at 6-8 oz
 
One of my favorite snacks!!

- 3/4cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup uncooked oats
- 1/4 cup milk
- 25 chopped almonds
- splenda to taste

All mixed up in a bowl, Mmmmmmmm!
 
TOnight I'll have something like that.........

1/2 cup dry curd
1/2 cup egg whites
1 scoop blend
.5 tb of anpb
few splendas....maybe some ff sf pudding....blend and freeze!!
 
10oz steak, mashed potatoes, asparugus, 20oz milk.

Sooooo good.... In an hour and a half I'll have 3/4th cup cottage cheese with 1oz chopped almonds.
 
7:00pm Big prime rib with potato

10:00pm chicken (olive oil and spashed some soy sauce for flavour), brocolli, whole milk

slumber time shortly.

Chicken, brocolli, sweet tatoe, and threw some velveta shells and cheese on top for good measure since I won't be going out and abusing my liver tonight :evil:

Japanese Steak House:

Filet Mignon & Chicken, fried rice, veggies... a few bites of cheesecake.

I'm so tired, I want to take a nap... but it's training time, going to muster up some energy between the time it takes to change and get to the gym.

A lot of milk (I didn't measure)
Grabbed a coffee on the way to work
~enjoying this as I will be cutting back in Jan, lol
 
sesame chicked, brown rice, 3 glasses of milk, some potatoes, nd some cajun chicken......enjoyin the bulkin as much as possible......cuttin in feb.....

I haven't eaten in 5 hours, damn busy, i'm starving... going to find some food to destroy.

Probably end up being a hearty 1,000 calories, and I need it :rolleyes:
 
well it was probably a grand total of 6 hours since last feeding... wow.

-Whole carton of egg beaters cooked up with 2 slices of american cheese.
(ate banana while i was doing this) ... put some ketchup on... inhaled that.

-some pineapple upside down cake, so good, brown sugar and marshino (sp?) cheeries, all the good stuff.

- washed down with 2 solo cups of whole lactaid milk

I'm so full, lol... i think my stomach shrunk earlier.
 
Here's mine so far:

12oz eggbeaters w/ pepper (delicious), 1 cup oatmeal, whey shake

2 potatoes, baby carrots, large helping green beans, apple

3/4 cup oatmeal w/ vanilla whey mixed in (pretty nasty, only ate half)

brown rice, tomato, flour tortilla, o.j.

18 chocolate chip cookies (yeah, that's an entire package, I knew I shouldn't have bought them things, too damn delicious, oh well, trying to bulk up with my friggin high metabolism, kinda a last resort I guess, or a good excuse) :worried:

Here's what i ate so far:

Quakers oatmeal "Cinammon" - HMMM!!!

Cottage Cheese/ Roasted Turky slice sandwich (2)

Roastery chicken (Drumstick/wing/and the middle of it)

and for snack, beef jerky.. a little :P
 
cooked up 1.5 lbs of ground beef, browned... then added some egg beaters and some cheese... all scrambled up.

1/2 of that on a bed of a large sweet potato mashed up in a big bowl, with some ketchup on top. Good eats.

A trip to Quiznos is in the works for this week, lol

The sugar free cookies are pretty good. A friend of mine is diabetic and told me about them, I get them from a catalogue. I never really had much of a sweet tooth, so these are perfect, they don't try to overcompensate by adding 87 tons of artificial sweetener.
 
Steak round, with peppers, brown rice and none of the hot sauce I left at home. Grrr.

And two tall glasses of water.
