I just ate a steak and egg submarine sandwich...it was tasty :)

started the day off shitty chocolate donut, sausage egg mcmuffic and a sausage biscuit with egg uggh feel like death right now but soon ill have some muscle milk glutamine and oats and for dinner some whole grain pasta tuna and a chicken breast
 
I had a Myoplex RTD Post workout (a.m.) then
Fresh Chicken (baked with Lemon Pepper Seasoning)
Granny Smith Apple
& some brown rice

I will repeat those until I get home then TRY not to eat the pizza & chese bread or drink the Red Wine in the fridge :chomp::evil: :)

a plate of sweet potato (good size one) and a pile of grilled chicken... dash of olive oil, and sea salt to taste.

Had some 1% Cottage cheese, & Shredded whaet & a H.B. egg for brekkie.
Had some turkey for lunch with an eensie amount of mashed potatos & macaroni >100g.
Just had a 1/2 muscle milk, 1/2 protein shake with Glutamine.
 
lol, you could've picked a less oblique way to get T to post his meals than pretending to care what most of us are eating.

Just finished:
chicken breast, veggie blend, oats

I'd like to take a moment to get banned for advertising a product on the site: the George Foreman Grill. If you eat chicken breasts and don't own one of these, uh, buy one. :Chef:
 
Just had a 1/2 cup of lowfat cottage cheese... mixed with a small diced apple, apple pie spice and two packets splenda. :chomp:

I'll be at the gym in 30-45 minutes....
