i personally feel guilty if i'm not a the gym @ least 6 days a week. it's funny how the mind will play tricks on you. you miss 1 day and seems like you feel fatter and look fatter, but in reality 1 f*cking day isnt all that bad. i'm just ate up with it though. i love it though. i wouldnt trade it for anything.
