you guys who think everybody juices are acting like morons. don't hate everyone who is naturally big because you aren't. chill the fuck out!

I am never one to automatically think someone is juicing. I haven't been following baseball closely for a while and I saw Barry Bonds the other day and his face did look a little bloated. He is not an extremely large guy, but the thought did cross my mind that he might be juicing.

sly stallone

In the movie he did where he was an enforcer/ hitman for the mob (can't remember the name), he had some serious veins in his shoulders and he was pretty huge. No doubt about it in my mind.

Okay, I'm sure a lot of these guys do poke themsleves, but you can't be sure and now you all are just gossiping (which I enjoy but could you please throw in a little sex into the mix as well, that would be great, thanks - like who's fucking who).

Anyway, I'm telling you guys that saying that some dude in tv land looks huuuuge gives away your size (usually), provided he isn't really huuuge. When you get bigger, everyone else starts to look smaller. So, for all you who say you are 285 at 10% bf, those guys wouldn't look big at all to you were that the case. Most of those stars will look ginormous to you but after a while, you kind of ask yourself, "What was I thinking?" Sometimes though, those guys gain too much size too quickly without the fat that usually comes with it naturally. Take Will Smith. I understand he put on 26lbs. of lbm and kept off fat (maybe took a little off as well), all in under 12 months. Anyone tried that naturally? At his age, that can't be easy even with the greatest personal trainers on the planet and all that jazz. What is he like 40 now anyway? Yeah so, that's my 2 cents. Now, I heard CYCLEON was fucking Iron Game. Any truth to that?

Alot of actors use for rolls in their films, but obviously don't stay on the way WE do.

Most competitive athletes do, I know first hand this.

And for the last time, Brad Pitt and Mel Gibson, have NOT taken shit, they're puny!!!

I just think they have enough money to hire personal trainers, cooks to make them great meals, and the promise of a huge paycheck for motivation. Unfortunately we can't all afford to have someone cook us 8 healthy meals per day, take us to the gym for a good workout routine, and most of us don't have the free-time during the day that they do. Sure some of them may have juiced, but to say that they positively have is insane. I know with round-the-clock cooks and personal trainers I could gain an impressive amount of lean body mass in the 8 months they have to prepare for a movie. Take for example the one actor that we all know has juiced; Arnold S. Nobody any of you have mentioned looks anywhere near as good as Arnold does.

The biggest juice abuser I know (former competitive BBer) used to train actors in LA. Last year he wrote out a 12 week second cycle for me which consisted of about 2.5 grams of gear a week (needless to say, I did not follow his advice). I remember I once asked him if I should kick off a cycle with 2 anadrol or 40mg of dianabol a day, and he responded "BOTH!" and looked at me as if I was a complete moron. Knowing this guy, he probably wouldn't personal train someone if they weren't willing to juice.

Mickey Rourke has openly admitted steriod use since the mid-90's. Check him out in that Stalone movie Get Carter. His guns are at least 18"

Arnold and Stallone really popularized gear in Hollywood, expanding or contracting for different parts, and you can bet all the other leading men took notice.

Mark Wahlberg was juicing pretty heavily during his "Marky Mark" period -- he used to juice with my ex-roomate, and he had MAJOR acne on his back and shoulders, even on his face.

As tall as Will Smith is, he had to juice to look bulky enough to play Ali.

David Hasselhoff not only juiced, he was busted for it, and got off by testifying against Dr. Walter Jekot, a steroid-prescribing doc in Southern California who then went to jail for it. Back in the eighties I must have known twenty guys who were getting their gear from Walter.

I don't know what happened to Dr. J. I don't think he's still behind bars.:fro:
