I eat 2/3 c. oats with 1/4 c. Fiber One in the morning and the only other carbs I consume the rest of the day are my post-workout Gatorade and the occasional serving of cottage cheese. But I love my oats and need them every morning!

Not trying to grow really. I work out at lunch so the carbs from breakfast are still in my system at that point, and then I consume a ton of protein the rest of the day. I eat over a pound of shaved turkey daily...MMMMMMMM. Expensive but tasty!
