Oats in PWO shake for someone who tends to gain fat very easily... good idea?

I know this topic of PWO shakes has been heavily debated here as of late.

Everything from bananas, oats, dextrose, milk, etc.

Now here is my situation. I tend to gain fat very very easily.

I know guys like SC still advocate dextrose PWO regardless of dieting/bulking, but what about for someone like me?

How does 1/2 cup of oats with 2 scoops of whey protien concentrate look?

As a bonus it would also add a little bit of fibre as well. (~4.5grams)

Opinions and thoughts and studies are welcomed. :)

Maintaining/ lean mass really.

Not cutting. I am slowly adding in calories, keeping them very very clean. I don't wanna get fat this time when I bulk.

The idea is that your body needs carbs immediately to refuel the muscles...oats are great but not for immediate availability. Save the oats for your morning shake...I use 1 cup dry oats with 2 scoops whey and one serving G-Plenish with 16oz 2% milk...800cals and lots of complex carbs. If you mave a slow metabolism and gain fat quickly you'd want to cut down the amounts maybe 1/2 cup oats.
