The only issue would be the carb/protein balance (i.e., too high a carbs).
Also, make sure its not sweetened yogurt. However, if this was to be oats + non-fat artificially sweetened yogurt + bit of protein powder, this would be great (although limit dairy on cutting if this is a concern to you).
I read somewhere that body doesn't absorb carbs from yogurt - I would love to here more about that. Probably just myth.
