oats and yoghurt

The only issue would be the carb/protein balance (i.e., too high a carbs).

Also, make sure its not sweetened yogurt. However, if this was to be oats + non-fat artificially sweetened yogurt + bit of protein powder, this would be great (although limit dairy on cutting if this is a concern to you).

I read somewhere that body doesn't absorb carbs from yogurt - I would love to here more about that. Probably just myth.
 
i dont take any protein with the breakfast but maybe after i eat the oats with yoghurt ill make a milk shake that has a fair amount of protein through eggs and peanut butter..
I dont take supplements... but all that sounds ok right?
 
If this fits in your macros its fine. This is breakfast after all, so if your going to have a high carb meal, this with PWO is the most appropriate time

(Oat and diary are actually complementary proteins
