sounds good! anything unhealthy about them? If not I'll probably run to the store and pick them up. Making something healthy taste good is magical.

1/2 cup quaker oats, 2-3paks of splenda, and sprinkle some cinnamon and youre golden. You canalso do this with brown rice and it is excellent.

Nope - it's just the cinnamon/nutmeg/cloves/etc etc that you'd put in the pie without having to have 15 different bottles lying about. It's a dried mixture in the spice section of your grocery store. Or your local store might have "holiday displays" set up for baking stuff so it may be there....

used to you both of them all the time instead of just cinnamon. maybe i need to go to the store and get some again. That Pumpkin Pie spice is calling my name.

I've been eating my oats in pancake form lately. I got this recipe out of Muscle&Fitness.
8 egg white,
1 whole egg
1 cup dry oats
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp cinnemon
1 tbsp splenda

Mix everything together in the blender for a minute and then poor onto a hot pan and cook it up like a pancake.
