Thanx bigguns I made the mistake of trying to bulk durring the summer, it's been hot as hell & makes it very hard to eat. I was hoping to gain a bit more on this cycle but, oh well, live & learn. I will make up for it in the winter when I hit my next cycle. I'd like to be at 270+ by spring.
