Meaning one must be on a low carb diet for it to be moderately effective? Or meaning instead that it will be moderately effective rather than more effective if you do a low carb diet while using guggulbolic?

Power Princess, I went to the health center today because the spotting was turning into a psuedo-period and they said the guggulbolic was definitely to blame, that it thins your platelets and does other stuff too. I have to get a blood test to check things out on Tuesday and I'll let you know the results when I find out weds.

You went to your health center at school and they actually new what it was, geezzzzzz I never thought to go to my health center b/c anytime I've ever gone there they give me cough syrup and tell me i'm fine. Besides thinning platelets, what other stuff does it do????

Yeah they are usually just as clueless at my health center, telling us that we just need cough syrup and tylenol when we've got pneumonia. WHat happened was there was this doctor around (usually its just nurses and nurse practitioners) who happened to be from India. I flagged her down about it since guggul is an herb cultivated only in India (I think it may come from a specific tree or plant only grown there). She actually knew what it was once I said that. She goes, "OH GUGGUL, for energy, yes?"
So there ya go.
ANd I did get your PM, I will reply later today I promise!
hmmm... Veggi, you're talking about the health center at Rutgers U? don't you guys have a Mr. & Ms. Rutgers contest and Bodybuilding 101 course? No wonder they know what Guggul is they probably deal with dozens of juice and fat loss supplements accidents every day!!
Its pretty close to the old Adipo formula. Norephedrine is getting very hard to get a hold of so the products that contain it are slowly disappearing as well. Anyone know how long NYC will be around at the AF Store???
I've used just about everything --- I loved Adipo & really like AF NYC --- all the other stuff puts me on the edge of a panic attack w/ the body buzz! A couple Ripped Fuel work just fine for me for a "party drug" LOL!

No they don't have those contests anymore! Not sure why. It would be really cool if they did. There are a lot of kids on juice though, but that's just the frat boys and the club guys. Actually I have seen only one other woman at the gym who lifts seriously.
