Nubain or Anabolic Steroids....Which is more trouble legally?

I am just curious to see what the overwhelming consensus is, as to which item will get you into more trouble from a legality standpoint. I already know the answer to the question, but I believe that there is a HUGE misconception out there as to how certain items are classified. Again, this pertains to the legality issue of posessing small OR large amounts of either without a script. I'm not saying that one is any better than the other from a health perspective, cause we all know that Bain is certainly more trouble on that level. So what do you guys think, if I may ask?

Nubain is not controlled under the Misuse of Drugs Act (1971). It is a prescription-only medicine.

Therefore, legally, AS are worse.

We have a winner. Sad, but it's true.

yeah, its not controlled because of "strong antagonist efficacy."

whatever that means...

However, my buddy had some codeine pills (not with tylenol), which is controlled, in his car and got pulled over and searched (he did wreak of pot smoke)...two measley little pills...in Texas, being caught with any amount (no matter how little) of a schedule I or II drug is a state jail felony. So my buddy is a felon for possesing two codeine pills. Pretty fucking stupid if you ask me.

He could have slapped his girlfriend across the face in front of the cop, and that would have been a misdemeanor...

Nubain without a doubt!!

Nubain isn't even scheduled and AAS are schedule III. It doesn't matter that Nubain is used recreationally. AAS are in the same class as Vicodin, Tylenol with codeine, and a few other things. Cops dont even know (most) what fucking Nubain is. The most that can be done is prosecute you for possession of a prescription medication without an Rx.
That being said when it is found out that Nubain can be used recreationally (by the judge, ect.) then they would likely give out the maximum penalty that is allowed by law. If you had some Viagra they wouldnt do anything other than take it off you.
