What's up dudes I've been on here couple months posting my knowledge helping people out to the best of my ability ... Not no pro but I have been around the block and done my fair share of cycles and for some odd reason I've never tried Npp
Guess I just got caught up on some other compounds that I really enjoyed it didn't care to spread my knowledge in other areas
Now as I'm aware no anabolic's directly burn fat..
But trenbolone for example has such a good feed efficiency carbohydrates get burned off immediately after their used by the body hence why you get sweaty and hot after high carb meals..
So my question is since tren has. The ability to utilize food and nutrients better therefore causing fat loss in some ( depending on the diet)
When I run my npp next month
Can I expect any Recomp with a good clean diet
And minimal cardio?
I know in NPP is a nandrolone
Short acting deca
but in my past 4 or 5 tren cycles I have noticed muscle gain and fat loss simultaneously with semi clean diet
When my diet was clean and on point and there was no issues and no cheating it was all fat loss
But when I added a cheat year there a re-feed days I noticed that I stayed the same fat wise ( very lean ) and put on muscle
So what is to expect from npp?

I'm in the process of putting together my new meal plans for my 12 week cycle and the feedback will be dependent on my macros
