Started off runing 400/week and 50 eod of winny stopped the winny 2nd week. Been on straight primo, last weeks been up to 600.. will keep that up. No sides, no joint issues, more vascular then i have ever been, gained nice solid clean non water weight.. NOW difference i see if strength is nowhere near where it was.. but again i'm amking a comeback but i do believe on deca/sus type stacks my strength would be much higher.. but i like the clean, lean REAL keepable muscle mass i'm gaining now.. just miss some of the strength. Hope this helps
I don't understand what you mean by "REAL keepable muscle mass" . Anyone CAN keep muscle mass that is gained on a cycle if the PCT and diet are done correctly. Water "weight" may be lost but muscle mass is definitly keepable.
I can assure you that even if you use Primo, and you PC diet is not correct, you will lose whatever mass you gained.
