Now Scared About Prostate After All These Posts. Help!!!!

Today I talked to three different oncologic surgeons especiallized in urology. This is what they told me:
- NONE have seen ( they are experienced doctors) prostatic ADENOCARCINOMA in youngsters.Usually, in younger ages, the histologyc type is different from the so called hormone dependant tumor. Yes, it is hormone dependant, but which?
- Older people WHO HAS A GENETIC PROPENSITY develop cancer after test levels are lower, and CARCINOGENIC INHIBITOR FACTORS cease to function due to age.
- Although finasteride diminishes size in benign prostatic hypertrofy, it's effect in cancer is still to be determined.
- Apparently, prostate starts to grow because of the lack of hormone or a possible alteration in the estradiol/testosterone ratio.
- BPH and cancer ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT
- With data available today, IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DETERMINE if exogenous administration of testosterone could cause prostate cancer in young people ( I specifficaly asked for that)
- We will meet again to discuss a protocol investigating testosterone hormone replacement in andropause and possible use of anti 5 alfa and anti aromatase to PREVENT enlargment of prostate.
_ I think that following the general sense of cycling with health consciousness is the way to go. I don't think we should panic over this. But is wise to know very well every possible enemy.
Peace

Sorry dudes that is not what all six of the urologists say in the Operating Room where I work....I asked them all.

All agree that elevated DHT is likely a major contributing(not the only) factor in the developement and progression of prostate cancer. They also say that high estrogen levels most likely contribute as well!

They also agreed that if one has ANY caner cells in the prostate,(not that uncommon) and you take test, then you are really asking for trouble. Prostate cancer grows like HELL with test, and that is when they castrate men that have prostate cancer...to slow it up big time.

None would say that a young man taking test would likely get prostate cancer but they all thought it was "playing with fire"

Fact.....men born without 5 alpha reductase NEVER get prostate cancer! What does 5 Alpha do??....it converts test to DHT!

Fact....benign prostatic hypertrophy can and does change to cancer. That is one reason why they give Finasteride....to shrink the BPH!

The research suggest that elevated DHT and estrogen levels are not a good thing dudes.

You can get it here http://www.anagen.net/ording.htm it seems expensive, but its cheaper than a new prostate :p

Wow, kick ass website. Zyrtec costs about $45 us dollars (but I have coverage so it's $5, but that is besides the point. Let's assume I didn't have coverage) for 20 fucking pills. On this website its $26 us dollars for 30 pills. free shipping too. They have some good prices on some medication.

btw, zyrtec is an allergy medication so don't get excited.
