Now I want a Subaru

for what is basically a pickup truck with some roof over the rear end
but you got money to blow

yo yo I'm upside dwon on my truck payment the day I drove if off the lot

yeah when I had to navigate that damn minivan in the snow I noticed all the subarus
but I lived three years in cincinnati and learned to drive in the snow
drunk

My wife's outback sedan is solid

She also wants a newer car and lo and behold a friggan forester:rainbow:

Last night she says "I saw the new crv and I kinda like it"

Then this is the first thread I read on here this am having not been on here for a couple days
Fuck, this is weird or pick is stuffing my wife
I'm hard regardless

Subarus are underpowdered. I'm in an AWD Pontiac Vibe now and my next car will be the AWD Ford Focus Hatchback.

I need the AWD becuase it averages 220" of snow per year where I live.

Agreed about under powered with the basic 2.2, still a decent economical engine that typically lasts if maintained, pros and cons, can't have it all.
6cyl and Turbo 4 cyls blaze decent

Sorry but a Pontiac when ten years old will be in or near a scrap heap, good newer, death later

Btw Mitch, why do they go through tires faster.
I try to combat that with rotating and balancing my treads every 3750 to 7000 like a mad man. Seems to work

The Vibe is built by Toyota; mechanically same as the Matrix (different body). But since I drive 40,000 miles a year it'll never make it to 10 anyway.

My wife had a '95 Legacy with the 6 cylinder. Before 80,000 miles all 4 wheel bearings had been replaced and the engine had to be torn down because the liquid sealant they used in place of gasket material failed.

Even the 6 cylinder was underpowered compared to my 4 cylinder Vibe (albeit the Vibe is considerably lighter). Still, we liked the car.

well that's fucked up

I want to rawk teh vibrams while driving a new Subaru to Cutter's!

It goes:

4) Cutter's
3) Subaru
