Nothing as good as gear

Its true. Anyone who's experienced the effects of gear knows that is where its at. I've never tried a PH that even came close to real gear.
When I've been on a cycle I could eat almost anything I wanted and I grew muscle, got stronger, and loved it, and even when I went off cycle I retained a noticeable amount of muscle I gained while on. Then I would cycle again and gain, go off, retain some. Cycle again, etc. Its like taking three steps forward(cycle)and one back(off cycle). PCT is key though.
 
It depends on the 'PH'..Alot of them were very good actually,,,just designer oral steroids passed of as 'prohormones'
M1T,,Superdrol,,just to name a few.

im lost here... what exactly is your point here becuase it really doesn't matter what you run... if your diet is right and you are training properly, you can get gains on either one... i hate when people say that gains can't be retained on a ph... REALLY??? thats amazing because i have retained over 35 lbs. in gains on two different ph's in less than a years time and dropped body fat in the as well... so thats complete bull shit... i have gained off cycle running sarms in between...

now there is certain gear that i would pick over ph's for sure... no doubt but there are some ph's that are great too although i guess i wouldn't really consider them ph's, like beastdrol is an aas just cleverly disguised to sell as a ph... helladrol would be another but its dependent on the user more than anything...

like i said, of course there are stronger aas out there but the point of all of this is that no matter what, if you bust your ass in the gym and run a strict diet, you can make and keep all your gains... its up to you...
 
I disagree with the part about diet. you can really gain a lot of body fat and water on a steroid cycle if you aren't careful. I went from 7% to 17% body fat on 2 bulking deca cycles for example. i got bigger and stronger, but in the end I wasn't necessarily happy with the look i had. was happy with the size but not the look. just depends on an individuals goals.

I haven't been able to get under 10% since. lowest i've gotten was 11.7% body fat late last year. i've been chipping away ever since !

totally agree with steve... the last thing you ever want to do is just eat whatever you want on cycle... even if for some reason you don't gain fat on cycle, try doing that shit off cycle... you won't like what happens and its just wrong on so many different levels besides that...
 
I gained 10 lean pounds on havoc cycle and kept it… every bit as good as gear in my opinion. BUT gear makes me feel WONDERFUL! I'm the nicest guy on most aas…

If one does not have one's diet in check, forget it. AAS or not, it doesn't matter...just my .02.

did you every try beastdrol or should i say superdrol.It more effective then 99% of the orals out there that are illegal.The bad news, is its in the works to become banned and illegal in its own right.
But in a nut shell i disagree with what you said.
 
I would say in terms of importance:

1) Diet - no fuel no grow
2) Training - do it wrong will decrease in size
3) Rest (you grow on your sleep not the gym)
4) AAS - They are not muscle in an amp or tab but get 1-3 right and these will compliment and take you beyond genetic peak


Way way down the list are Ph's etc as if AAS were all legal they would (IN MY OPINION) have no place

So Beastdrol is more effective than Methandienone?

I think his point was that if AAS were legal all over the world then why would you not just cycle AAS as the rest are imitations (with sound science) to escape legislative restrictions

yes i would say it is more effective,it gives me the same size and strength minus the water weight ( which i dont desire).Plus there are alot of other orals which it overshadows even more so.Again i guess this is all a matter of opionion and desired results.But here you have mine

i was replying to the part where he said there isnt a ph on the market that comes close to "gear". I dont agree with that statment
 
just to add to what cane said... ph's are good options for people that don't want to run long test cycles... you can run 4 weeks of beast or 10-12 weeks of test... everything has its place... and everyone has their wants on cycle lengths, injections or not etc and people that bust their ass in the gym and have a good diet can get bad ass gains on either... do i think most aas are more effective, yes of course, but do ph's have their place, yes, they most certainly do...

So the water retention from methandienone i.e. Dbol, which assists in the strength gain is eliminated by this product but the strength gain is more apparent with no water retention?

What is the science behind that out of interest?

On a personal note i find it impossible to put PH even in the same bracket as chemical compounds such as Methandienone. Would you not agree if AAS were completely legal then the market in ph would diminish significantly? if not what benefits (over legislative issues) are there compound for compound? For the assistance of debate and laymans terms would not medical science take ph's up for treatment over AAS?

Yes Ph's have a big place but although crudely put by the author or the original post, is it not due to legalitive issues, supply, price etc etc that they are so prominent and not because they perform better than AAS? If give an even playing field surely every BB would have AAS rather than a copy ph would they not?

if thats what you enjoy then by all means man but not everyones idea of enjoying life is eating junk food... every once in awhile is fine but the op was acting like it was just okay to eat whatever whenever and still have all these gains which is ridiculous

nah, but i can get away with a cheat DAY, once a week when im on a cut... when im "bulking" i keep it one cheat meal or desert...
i like good junk too, not total garbage... fresh pies, homemade goodies... my wife worked at a bakery for a few years a long time ago and stole a lot of recipies...
it would be boring for me to eat strict all the time... and i dont really feel the cheats hold me back, i think it helps to cycle carbs and deplete and load and such...
 
A cheat meal or two or even a cheat day is good for the mind and the body. Kinda throws things up, maybe tricks the body into thinking food is in abundance, and probably raises your metabolism. When I cheat, it's usually half a day. I then see no difference in my body the next day, but then 3-4 days later I really lean on out. To each their own. I also don't eat bad junk like cheetos, chips, cake and candy, but I eat definitely unclean food compared to my daily regimen. Makes me feel like shit to be honest. Helps keep me on track after being reminded how bad that bad food can make you feel.

Who actually feels good after eating something from McDonald's or eating 6-8 oreos? I don't. Especially oreos/cookies... I feel terrible. Part of it is like "is this what you wanted? Yeah, you wanted it before, but now you see how it made you feel you weak bastard", and the other part of it is purely bad physical feelings. Blah feeling.
 
If I'm gonna cheat...It's gonna be with Ben & Jerry's ice cream! LOL!

^^^^^^^hahahhahah. That's it bro!! Get some Ben an Jerry's "Half Baked" an I'm content. LOL. I'm the same way. I reward myself at the end of the week for eating clean an working out like a mad man. Couple cheat meals an back to Greek yogurt an chicken breasts. I find that if I don't do cardio the following day, I get somewhat bloated, but no terrible. Once I do cardio I'm good.
