Got a question for the dbol vets-
What do you think about this dbol only cycle method for a first timer:
16 weeks dbol only, starting dosage @
-10mg, 3x per wk on training days only for the first month
-Second month step up to 20mg, 3x/wk on training days only
-Third month 30mg, 3x/wk on training days only for two weeks of that third month
-Then begin to taper down 20mg 3x/wk for the next two weeks
-Final month @ 10mg, 3x/wk to end
I have 10mg tabs.
Liver support throughout, of course.
Adex, nolva & proviron on hand (just in case)
Total dbol intake 780mg, spread over 16wks
I'm looking for a slow solid gain, nothing overnight, obviously. I'm not a bodybuilder, just a large, athletic father looking to increase size and power/strength.
I think this is a good starter cycle and will yield solid gains with minimal sides and a simple PCT.
What would your PCT look like for such a cycle?

I have no intentions on pinning whatsoever, so don't even bother recommending test e, p, c, etc, etc, etc.
I have many reasons I choose not to pin.
My stats:
229 lbs, 6'0", off/on (because of injuries) serious training over 15 years
5 circuits of P90X.
