Not your average Dbol cycle

Got a question for the dbol vets-

What do you think about this dbol only cycle method for a first timer:

16 weeks dbol only, starting dosage @
-10mg, 3x per wk on training days only for the first month
-Second month step up to 20mg, 3x/wk on training days only
-Third month 30mg, 3x/wk on training days only for two weeks of that third month
-Then begin to taper down 20mg 3x/wk for the next two weeks
-Final month @ 10mg, 3x/wk to end

I have 10mg tabs.
Liver support throughout, of course.
Adex, nolva & proviron on hand (just in case)

Total dbol intake 780mg, spread over 16wks
I'm looking for a slow solid gain, nothing overnight, obviously. I'm not a bodybuilder, just a large, athletic father looking to increase size and power/strength.

I think this is a good starter cycle and will yield solid gains with minimal sides and a simple PCT.
What would your PCT look like for such a cycle?
What do you think of this cycle?

I have no intentions on pinning whatsoever, so don't even bother recommending test e, p, c, etc, etc, etc.
I have many reasons I choose not to pin.

My stats:
229 lbs, 6'0", off/on (because of injuries) serious training over 15 years
5 circuits of P90X.
 
Stopped reading after "16 weeks dbol only". Sounds like too much liver stress. Dbol also has a much faster peak saturation time which is why you would only run it for 4-6 weeks max.
If you really cant pin then sounds like anavar is more your speed for what youre looking for

Look at the total intake. Its only 780mg spread over a larger period. Guys take in so much more in a much shorter period of time which, IMHO, puts much more stress on the liver.

Have you used dbol?
If so, how long and results-if you don't mind sharing, I'd appreciate it.
 
Bro dbol isn't a preworkout. Taking it on training days only is not going to do shit for you other than make your hormone levels fluctuate and create killer side effects.

AAS work by reaching a peak level in the bloodstream, and then maintaining that level for a period of time to allow your body to go into overdrive while on.

3x a week for 16 weeks of a methylated 17aa steroid whose half life is 8 hours is asking for serious trouble
 
Bro... Just stack the dianabol with test cyp or enth for 12 weeks and you will be golden.. I take it you scared of needles ... Run 50mg a day of dianabol for 6 weeks.. And 500 mg of test a week for 12 weeks!! I did this cycle befor and gained a good 30lbs..

Nope, not scared of needles at all. Just choose not to...
