Not gaining on cycle

Protein intake way to high no fats? Carbs to low it's no wonder your not gaining. Up the days to 100g per day and carbs to 500 and protein 250 and tell me if you don't gain
 
Your food intake is fine dude I would suggest peptides or hgh with your Stack and lower your reps to 6 to 10 less reps more weight do that for 2 months for workout and u should get results and the peptides or hgh stay on for at least 6 months to fully kick in judge by your food intake u have a very fast metabolism just like me my trainer switched up my program and it worked for
 
check you thyroid maybe. Friend of mine just recently found out he had hyper thyroid. He is ripped as fokk but small. Since he started taking something for thyroid, his traps, shoulders, basically all just popped from nowhere, overnight seems like.
 
Ill try adding more fats and carbs this week, @nick needles.. nice to hear someone else who's had a similar problem an solved it.. but iv tried the lower rep range, if anything i find the results are less for me :( and lab rat, im currently taking 25mcgs of t3 ed, thinking of dropping it to 12.5mcgs. Its the first time iv tried this on a bulk so seeing how it goes. Thanks for the support dudes, keep the suggestions coming.. I'll try anything :)

I didn't know that. Yes drop it to 12.5mcg. Tren can lower t3 so they are not a bad combo but no wonder you are struggling to put on weight. Anyone who is a hard gainer if they had that much tren and even the small dose of t3 that will make things a lot harder. Although I still suspect it is underdosed as that much tren should be doing a lot. Although if you have taken it many times you may just be used top it plus you simply might not have a great response (you mentioned your mates on the same gear with better results).

You need to cover the basics so improve your diet (add in more good fats for a start) and get more sleep as that's when you grow (in recovery).

Consider it dropped :) just halved a load of tablets (25mcg tabs) so will drop the dose as of tomorrow and see how it goes. All though i struggled to put weight on without it too. yeah my response to gear doesn't seem to be the same as most, i get tren somnia at begging of cyle and short of breath, sweats etc.. but drops off rather quickly, almost feels like iv dropped the tren. I'll take everything you guys have said and put it in to practice from this week, things can only get better lol
 
Or maybe not^^^ weights gone up a few lbs but the digestive problems i had before Christmas are back with vengeance! ! Last couple of days iv had undigested food coming out the wrong end, and awful smeeling/tasting burps!! Like rotten eggs. Stomach swole to the size of a pregnant womans last night with cramps, vomiting, diarrhoea etc.. one step forward an 2 steps back! Had blood work and samples taken today. Lost over a stone with this last year, looks like I'll be kissing goodbye to those gains if its not sorted asap :(
 
Sounds to me ur issues with gaining are related to a underlying medical issue...

I'm sure the gear ur on is not helping your body recover

If ya had that issue Xmas and it's back ur body prob did not get enough " healing "

Or rest

See a dr and sort that shit out dude

why are you taking T3 if you are trying to bulk? I do not understand what you are trying to do here at all.

I also am curious about your avatar cause if that is your before and after pic you have made progress so maybe you just have some sort of mental issue like bigorexia where you will never be happy.

list your stats, post a picture, make clear what your goals are cause I am very curious as to what is going on here.. that's a shitload of gear you are running for nothing if you claim you aren't getting anywhere

Hi mate, i ran t3 during a cut and my appetite went through the roof! Id read about how a lot of people where including t3 in their bulk due to the fact the body can utilise more food in a shorter space of time. This supposedly leads to the body being able to build more muscle in a shorter space of time. Given the fact i was easily able to consume more calories using the t3 i thought id give it a shot, in the past with high calories and a decent diet i can put fat on much faster than muscle even with aas. So i figured give it a go... might help utilise those extra calories in a good way. My weights going up slower than in the past, but i do feel leaner at this weight than i have in the past. It was just trial and error basically, alot of people swear by t3 on a bulk. That is me in my avi, i have made progress but its been very slow, and i do have bigorexia too lol people tell me i look good, majority of the time i feel i look like shit. Ill try post pics later, my goal is basically to fill out a bit more, add an inch to the arms (triceps mainly they're a bit behind i feel) just another 14-20lbs of lean mass would probably do me. Up to now on this cylce iv gained 8lbs.. not all good weight though, and progress slows fast i find after the initial weight increase. I seem to hit a wall at 200lbs
