Not feeling good during PCT ?

I finished my 12 week cycle of Dbol and Test , I waited 2 weeks after the last shot to start my PCT , i have Clomid and Nolvadex. so the very first day of my PCT i woke up and took 50 mg clomid and 20 mg Nolvadex and I felt fine and went to the gym , half way through the work out i got the worst headache of my life and tryed to get through the workout but the pain was to much, that was 1 week ago and i still have a nonstop headache and dizzy (lethargic) feeling , it is effecting my work and my workouts..any ideas what is going on ?

How's the blood pressure and sugar levels?

Don't get too worried yet, I get that feeling every now and then and both bp and sugar are fine. It could be related to anxiety or unstable hormone levels.

I've also had bad experiences with clomid. Honestly I'd just stick with HCG and Sustain Alpha for PCT.

During PCT, headaches, nausea and unease are all common feelings, up until the hormones in your body are regulated again to their normal levels...

Not sure why you would have a headache? You taking any thermos like clen or ephedrine? Your blood pressure shouldnt be jacked up post cycle, but maybe, who knows. I would see a doctor if I was having a headache for a week straight. Being lethargic is pretty common. All and all pct sucks no matter what you do. All we can do is try and lessen the crash and ease into a homeostasis when we run are pct's. No matter what method we choose.

You probably got headache from all the estrogen -- much like when a woman gets a "period headache."

Dude -- Aromasan, HCG, UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE, Sustain. THAT WORKS. And nothing works better.

I think I need to write a PCT sticky and make it mandatory to read it. Needto, ya with me?

thanks alot for the replys , Im glad to hear that this is common , now i see why people hate coming off...my BP is still a little high at 150/80 and i dont know what my blood sugar is, i am going to get blood work done in 2 more weeks, i just hope i feel better sooner than that...

Like others said, all those sides are common with clomid & nolva... on top of those, I always used to get the worse cramps with clomid. I always adivse AGAINST using BOTH for PCT...it's overkill and you're just begging for more sides. If you insist on using either of these, go with a low-dosage of clomid, 50mg ED. Otherwise, try Primordial's suggestion for PCT...25mg Clomid, Sustain, and phosphatidylserine (for cortisol).... I'm pretty sure you'll have great results with this.

My friend had the same problems with clomid/nolva....you could try taking them at night if your going to stay with them

I must respectfully disagree with this. I think for some people, Clomid is a disaster. There's no need for it. And phosphatidylserine has a mild anti catabolic effect but does nothing to restore the HPTA. BIG BLAST and UNLEASHED are far more effective in that regard.

You're absolutely right....but for many, clomid works just fine....it's not for ME personally....but I can see how a 25mg dosage of clomid along with Sustain could make for an effective PCT... I've used Sustain several times (alone)...it works...and 25mg clomid seems low enough that sides shouldn't be *too* bad while still remaining effective in conjunction with Sustain. As for the phosphatidylserine, I don't think anyone ever said it restores the HPTA... it's supposed to keep cortisol levels down, which is exactly as you said, an "anti-catabolic effect"

Clomid has been used effectively for PCT for fucking years for Christs sakes. He is probably sensitive to Clomid so dropping his dose in half should be a good starter. He also has already purchased the PP products so no need to shove those down his throat.

Its What I have been recommending when people ask for a full prof pct. There is a lot of new ways to do pct do to all the new products and sups we have. If I had to chose one this would be it. Every one has what works for them though.

Wtf you got stuck up your ass bro. At this point any product sold by the sponsors on this board should be getting the same or better treatment then clomid and or nolva.

When you tell some one to use clomid I don't tell you to stop trying to shove clomid down his throat. I expect other pct products to be treated just the same. Another form of advice that is all.

You have a problem with the advice or you think its not good. Then refute it with at least half the thought of a 2 year old. Yes clomid has been used for years, but up until not to long ago. What else was there? people are no longer stuck using it if they chose not to.

headaches so strong that you cant finish your workouts and persistent dizzyness are NOT standard experiences during pct.

If this is still the case you should see a doctor. especially if (as seems from your post) the searing headache first came on during a workout. it could be an indication of a vascular event.

as far as PCT, there are many options, some are time-tested with many supporting scientific studys but with side effects for some , others of them are newer with less formal study support but with very positive feedback and apparantly less clinical sides as reported by objective impartial users.

As needto alluded to, it's not EF's role to "endorse" any particular protocol, we provide a forum for all the information out there and members will need to draw their own conclusions.

test booster.

Btw you will not get reg dermacrine in Canada because of the dhea. You can get all the other pp products though.

The first fucking thing I did was send him to PP's website and had him purchase Derma Sustain as soon as you sent me the PM regarding him. CLomid is not the end all be all of PCT. But neither is derma or big blast or any of the other stuff you guys sell. The problem I have is when we are discussing this shit and having a debate about it and then all off the sudden Clomid is "garbage/useless/dangerous etc etc. " The shit works for alot of people myself included. Just like derma or unleashed works for others.
