What can i do , i'm 26 yo. and used to be really skinny back in high school then i started lifting. Now i have muscle but i'm not cut like i used to be..... i eat a clean diet and train 5 days a week...however i hate cardio i only do it for 15 minutes a day... how can i cut up and not lose muscle? trying to do heavy cardio and heavy weights in the same workout burns me out!! Since i have good size , but want to cut it up , would it hurt for me to lay off the weights a little and focus more on cardio??? i'm afraid if i do that i'll lose the muscle i've gotten...or am i just to fixated on the weights and not enough on the cardio?? Sugguestions PLEASE !!
