Not Cut Anymore !

What can i do , i'm 26 yo. and used to be really skinny back in high school then i started lifting. Now i have muscle but i'm not cut like i used to be..... i eat a clean diet and train 5 days a week...however i hate cardio i only do it for 15 minutes a day... how can i cut up and not lose muscle? trying to do heavy cardio and heavy weights in the same workout burns me out!! Since i have good size , but want to cut it up , would it hurt for me to lay off the weights a little and focus more on cardio??? i'm afraid if i do that i'll lose the muscle i've gotten...or am i just to fixated on the weights and not enough on the cardio?? Sugguestions PLEASE !!:confused:
 
no way ,don't stop hittin' the weights!!the more muscle you have the fat you can burn.focus on the diet,when you say clean diet ..what do you mean??post it.also 15 min of cardio isn't going to cut it for fat burning purposes.

My clean diet consists only of white meat poultry ( ie: chicken , turkey ) and non complex carbs ( ie: green veggies ) i usually don't eat starchy carbs... so basically i'm going to have to do weights and heavy cardio. Which is better the StairMaster or the Treadmill running??? And for how long do i have to do it?? The only bad thing in my diet is a little vodka drink here and there..
 
keep your basic move heavy to help maintain mass nad you can lighter on your other moves.don't go wild with the cardio,but switch around from stairmaster,light jogging,etc.you don't want to burn muscle,just get your heart rate up.keep an eye on that diet,keep protein high and throw some combplex carbs in once in awhile.hope i helped a little,i'm no guru ,but theses are the things that have helped me. PEACE
