not able to sleep more then 4 hours

I’m having trouble sleeping more than 4 hours. I’m seeking a supplement that can help with this. Do you think if I take something when I get up in the middle of the night, it will help knock me out so I sleep longer? Or should I run something else?
 
Try some valerian. There's some good options when it comes to supplementing it. Also you can try some tea.
 
Have you considered using some CBD? You can also look at using melatonin and theanine as well. Those are all good options for you.
