That's one of those things I can't talk about.

A man of his word! One would "Think" 20 min from the Mainland launch! But the actual method is extremly fast once the sequence is set and complete! The "Biggest" delay is the actual desision for the "Launch" not the "Launch" itself! This is all non preemptive of course! No one in their right mind would discuss that in public channels!

i dont know what you can and what you can't talk about, so bear with me.

would parking a few nuclear subs in their area be one of the best deterrents we could us, since they could be used to light that country up rather quickly.

I have a question. Have there been very many emotional moments when some people realize that they just killed someone by bombing them or whatever? I mean it seems to me that it would be somewhat easier to deal with bombing a place than actually looking into someone's eyes as they're dying. And please don't take this the wrong way. Perhaps I'm wording this all wrong and if I am, I apologize. I'm just trying to get a sense of how some people have been handling that situation. I'm about as far detached from what goes on in the military as is humanly possible (besides those that dance naked in the jungles, which I've thought about trying that before - just for fun).

george bush has been talking about a missile defense program, but i forgot which party was so against it...i forgot which party said there was no need for a missile defense program....i forgot which party said we couldnt do it, because of some treaties we had with the former soviet union...
