The bottles of Deca say 2ml on teh front does that mean 200mg's? If anyone knows , how many mgs are in each bottle?

Bro, you just might be in luck on this one. If you do have the Norma Hellas from Greece, then they're 2ml, 200mg/ml. So, 400mg in that vial.

Norma Deca are 2ml/100mg vials. Total = 200mgs.

I will bet anyone anything on this. I have 20 sitting right in front of me.

OK, I'm not a betting man, but I see that there are variants of the norma hellas (I don't know how long this has been). I always thought there was only 200mg/ml, but it appears as though there are 100mg/ml normas, too.
