Noob - New and first cycle

hmmm right. I was thinking that Im ready for the cycle but need to lower down my weight to 200. do you think with 200lbs and lower than 20% of body fat is enough? or do I need to stay away from it till I go over 25 years old

How the F are you ready but need to lose 40lbs?

5'6 240, you must be over 30% bf easily, theres absolutely no fuking way you're less than that. Post up some pics and i will tell you how much you have to lose before you cycle, my guess is 60lb, (watch those python 20 inchers shrink to 15" of muscle when you get to 10%)... Dexter jackson is 5"6 and he's 235 in his OFF SEASON, with 10-12%bf, i doubt your bf is even close to 20%.
 
Plus bodyfat is not the reason to not cycle. Your bodyfat shows your lack of diet and training. THIS is the reason not to cycle.

Actually he gets up to 255, he competes at 235 not important but just wanted to point that out

You are right though this kid is probably much higher body fat then he realizes, I predict if he got down to 12% he'd be 180

Now that's still very impressive at 5,6 but you should not run an aas cycle at such high body fat
 
This is a disaster waiting to happen...Please do not even think about a cycle man. Post up your typical diet and maybe someone can help you. At a high body fat % you are just asking for major problems if you run a cycle.
 
appreciate your response guys- y'all right . now since im from the Philippines typical diet is always with white rice-
but i started consuming brown. and less salt and fat- but sometimes I eat all of them red/white meat.
probably ill just stick to my workout and start using some thermogenics- ill keep track of it - for probably till June 2013.

^^^ well post up a current pic now so we can atleast tell you what your body fat is. we can speculate and guess all day and night but a pic would be the most helpful thing you could do for yourself to get an accurate assessment of where you are at and what you need to do

this is the fatty me now-

thanks and i will be keeping out of the cycle and continue lifting - but cant lift light weights since when I enter the gym- I cant satisfy myself without lifting heavy in all of my programs ( muscle swollen for up to 3 days, but I loved it)

im going to try to lower down the bf %
