Is there any way to make the hearing follicles in your ears more stronger or resistant to loud sounds so as to not damage them? (through diet and/or supplementation?)
I've read a couple doctor's reports saying that once u damage them there's no way back.
BUT a couple of Drum n Bass producer's (Ed Rush and Optical) blew their system's sub up from experimenting with the levels. They experienced 'ringing' for a few(?) weeks and are now back to normal.
