Nolvadex in a Capsule... Fake?

Has anyone ever seen nolvadex in a capsule form? I know there's tons of UG's, but i didnt think they were doin this too. I asked a friend to get me some and he came back with a bag of plain white capsules. He's gotten me stuff b4 that was legit and says the guy he gets it from buys it in bulk powder and packs it himself. Does this sound right???

I've gotten some in capsule form .. but they were white and red, and another time white and green.. they both worked very good ..
