If you're only gonna diet for 4 weeks, then your best bet is to go with DNP. If you want to lose fat properly while retaining muscle, then you need a solid program of diet and exercise, possibly combined with the drugs you mentioned, but over more like 12 weeks. I really wish you would tell us why you want to take these drugs, what your goal is, how fat you are at the moment, what your diet and training is like, etc.....we cannot and will not tell anyone how to use these types of drugs without knowing more about you and where you've been and where you're going. We really are looking out for you, even if you don't appreciate it or want it.
Nolvadex is more likely to make you GAIN fat than lose fat unless you are already VERY lean (under ~12%), and 4 weeks is also not long enough to get any real benefit assuming you WERE this lean. Clen is best cycled 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, so you'll only get one 'cycle' of clen in a 4 week period. Again, not enough time for significant fatloss. T3 is something you should not touch at all unless you 1) are on AAS to prevent it eating away your muscle, and 2) you have plenty of time to gradually ramp up the dose and then gradually back down again. Otherwise you will likely just lose muscle and ruin your thyroid gland permanently. 4 weeks is not long enough for this.
