Nolvadex and Test Cyp proper dosages?

Im 31y old male weigh 220 lbs. been on the weights 2 years steady. BF 18%

I was thinking about doing a 12 week cycle of 200mg a week Test Cyp with nolvadex, what would the proper dosage of nolvadex be?

Do I need PCT with these doses?

My buddy went through an HRT clinic he is taking Test Cyp 200mg, HCG 2xweek (5000iu, seems like a lot from what Ive read) and 1mg armidex 2xweek. If i decide to do this cycle can I subsitute armidex with nolvadex?

If you have to ask if pct is needed then don't do AAS simple

You dont need any Nolva.
I would do the test cyp 400mg a week.....IF.....you have a solid workout routine and understand the concept of eating right!!
Keep ur adex on hand, use if need be, test cyp can cause some bloat.
HCG is used on cycle mostly to keep u from shutting down, so ud wanna start ur HCG around week 5.
Of course u will need a PCT, test can shut u down hard...some people worse than others. You want a solid pct: Unleashed, Forged Post Cycle, NTBM DAA,creatine

How could you seriously consider using steroids and ask if you would need a pct? Clearly you have no idea what you're doing, and you're probably going to fuck yourself up.

P.s.
I would not use nolvadex at all.
