Nolva on cycle ?

is it necessary or recommended or discouraged to run nolva while ON cycle?


also, is it necessary/recommended/discouraged to run nolva & clomid together as PCT? or just one or the other?


lastly, at what doses do you run them at and for how long?

You should be using an AI like aromasin on cycle, and not nolvadex. You will want to run both nolvadex and clomid in PCT. Check out the PCT sticky for details.

why would you run nolva on cycle? nolva is NOT an aromatase inhibitor.. you need aromasin or arimidex on cycle...


when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... I say there’s no reason whatsoever to use it on a cycle because it’s not an AI. It might help old dudes lol but seriously there have been better things invented that make it easier on everyone.

I've never seen the need. An AI is far superior
