Nolvadex will not help gains. It hinders IGF-1 production. It will help to block estrogen, which leads to gyno. I have never used LR.

I agree that Nolvadex doesnt really help gains, however my personal experience has been that nolvadex helps support my gains for longer after the cycle is over. Besides its estrogen blocking effects, i find its effects to be well worthwhile in the post cycle era,dont confuse it with clomid, i am speaking of nolvadex aka Tomaxifen. But that is just me, i guess it could differ person to person just like anything.

I have never used nor heard of LR either, sorry man!!

Actually, rumor has it that Nolva will hinder your gains for reasons stated above. I can't personally say if this is true or not, but I heard some people say it won't hurt your gains and only does a good job at getting the testosterone bloat to go down.

nolva is only detrimental to a cyc if you want to blow up in water weight and fat (extremely rapid weight gains). Estrogen blockage does not interfere with the activity of adrogen receptors in muscle, and will not interfere with the production of new lean muscle - which is what we all strive for, right? proviron is my choice since it attaches to the aromatase enzyme; disabling it from exerting activity. hope any of this helps
