I am currently deployed, again, and see lots of soldiers buying no2 like its candy online? we just got our gym set up a month ago and its decent considering where we are. How does this no2 work and is it a sham or what? give me some feedback on this stuff . Here in baghdad its hot as hell and we do not know when we are coming home but the gym is the best thing that has happen besides the new chow hall. I am at the international airport and have not really had access to the net in a few months so I need some information asap. help a brother out....thanks RIZZO

This stuff does work.......but not like the ads and all the hype would lead you to expect. My advice would be to give it a try..it can only help you.

I tried it and it didn`t do jack for me except make me piss like a race horse. I mean...I did some major urinating on that stuff. At least I knew where my money was going...................... :)

NO2 is a drug that opens your viens for more blood/protien/medication to go through quicker. Doctors sometimes give patients this drug before their real medication so when they get the real medication it goes through quicker. You are supposed to take creatine with NO2 so you get double the bulk. NO2 just promotes more blood to the muscle which in turn promotes more muscle fiber than just water weight as creatine does. NO2 isn't like a PH is takes awhile for people to see results. But, to see that NO2 is working just look at your viens, they should be huge.

How is this stuff for muscular endurance. I might be playing some middie in lax this year and could use the extra stamina?

No2 does work, but has it's limitations. Your body has a feedback mechanism which, at a point, stops absorbing arginine. It is important, while taking No2, to stop taking ephedrine and caffine as they counter act it's vaso-dialating effects. Some mistakes that "non-responders" seem to make is not taking it on a completely empty stomach and not being super-hydrated (drink lots of water).

To simplify:
-no stimulants such as caffine and ephedrine
-take on completely empty stomach (as other protiens will compete with absorbtion)
-and drink lots of water (most people do not drink enough in the first place)

Hope this helps!
