When you get to the point where you have to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit, you go all the way...

Most of the time it get settled out of court, so the more you have hanging over them the more leverage you have...

Filling a lawsuit costs money, making ten claims vs. 2 makes very little financial difference in the cost of filing...
