no time to eat

I was eating 6-9 meals a day and had considerable gains but now that I'm working 10-12 hours a day 6 days a week, I only eat about 4 times a day. Should I load on calories and carbs in the morning and then lunch go with proteins or what? I'm trying to bulk but have definately slowed way down. Any suggestions??
 
It's old advice, but food prep is the key.

There's lots of different ideas, but one I like the best is filling a BBQ grill with chicken breasts on a Sunday, and then having access to pre-cooked chicken all week.
 
1) Lots of people use work as an excuse not to eat. Now, in some cases it is warranted (think construction), but in others (think deskjobs) it's not at all.

2) The total number of calories you consume per day is more important than meal frequency. 4 1000-calorie meals is the same as 8 500-calorie meals.
 
i work construction and we have no fridge. So by the time i can eat my foods shot so i just end up going to mcdonalds or some other shitty fast food place. i like protein bars but they normally end up melting before i even get out of the work truck.

Then point 1 doesn't apply to you, but point 2 still does.
 
Failing to plan is planning to FAIL.....you can def. pack meals, McD is not an option...it's just a result of laziness!

Yeah, but if he's bulking he better douse that stuff in olive oil or something. He needs cals.
