no energy when I get up

I am really having a tough time with my energy when I train in the morning. My first meal of the day is 2 scoops of whey protein powder and some low fat oatmeal with brown sugar mixed in. I guess I need more clean carbs for energy or what do I need? I eat 7 small meals a day and when I finish the gym eat eggs.
 
You should try drinking cardazol, lots of wake up energy and you'll feel good no need carbs
 
unless you are less than 2% body fat you don't need to 'carb up' before weight training man cmon now.

weight training barely burns much glycogen sorry, i know a lot of meatheads will get triggered by me saying that. go run a marathon and then get back to me on what real exercise is

you lack energy cause you are one of those people who habitually need a stimulant to move in the morning. that is your fault for turning that way. it is hard to reverse but you can do it
