When you guys go for long periods of time with no cardio do you feel lethargic?

I have been, but i am starting scheduled mild cardio this week. Before i was doing it sporadically.

well, I can't remember when the last time I went without long periods of cardio, unless you call 2 wekks a long period, but I'm getting back into it this week.

Depending on how you implement it, cardio can be great for active recovery. When I recover better and faster, I don't feel as tired and lethargic. So in that sense, it does make a difference.

For me, sleep and diet seem to effect how lethargic I am, and I don't notice a huge difference depending on the level of cardio I perform.

The only cardio I look forward to is my indoor soccer matches - the only cardio I actually enjoy. I love weights sessions and can't wait to do them. I'd train my entire body daily, and heavy, if it were even close to recommended (only workout 3 times a week though!).
