What's a "long time" -- is it time to maybe go to a maintenance diet or something? What results have you gotten from what you are doing so far or have you reached where you were trying to get to?
What are your primary goals exactly? Lose bodyfat, gain muscle? At 15 years old 6'1 190 lbs. it's pretty unlikely that your bodyfat is in the single digits. Force feeding yourself will only lead to a large percentage of fat gain. But your young and want to build a solid base. You really need to get into a healthy eating pattern and follow it for an extended period of time. Are you eating 5-6 evenly spaced meals throughout the day?

Great point ... Sassy is right too ... a "long time" to us can be years of knowledge and experience and at 15 ... that issimply NOT the case. Although you may not want to hear it, you ARE still growing, you will go through the rough points of highschool life, but you have the opportunity to go the right way about it & take the advice of people who KNOW what they're talking about & have 'been there' ...
It's hard to eat b/w class but due to the situation & time restraints, & teachers being plain JERKS... MRP's & Protein bars may have to suffice to get you feeding your body often & healthy choices, not cafe food or fast food etc...
MRP and protein shakes are great if you're in school. No joke I used to bring a shake with me to school in my bag to drink in between breakfast and lunch. We weren't allowed to drink either in class or in the halls at the time, so I had to go to the bathroom and drink it. The looks that I got were incredible. I had to explain to them that it was a protein shake. They probably thought: "Poor kid. 16 and he's already an alcoholic. Must've had a hard upbringing."

Well, a long time is around 8 months, I went from 160lbs to 190lbs. Both muscle and fat, but since i eat pretty cleanly, so i hope it's a good percentage of muscle.

My primary goal is to get strong. my secondary goal is to get big. Personally, i could care less about having a six pack right now so i'm not going to diet anytime soon. Yes, those are pretty broad, i do set goals along the way and have lifetime goals with lifts..but as long as i'm seeing gains in strength and/or size, I'm satisfied.
I eat about 5+ meals. Nothing is really planned, so somedays i might eat 5 pretty big meals, or 8 smaller meals. From looking at the pics that were posted on here before, showing bf percentages..I'm probably hovering somewhere around 15% BF.

Summer break! I always ate a peanut butter sandwich (They are potent) and a protein drink in school. and also had a school chicken caesar salad (one of the only healty things they ever had available). So since i'm not in school i can eat anytime i want and don't have to worry about those dickhead teachers having a spasm attack over eating in class.
