whats up im on my 5th week of test 3 500mg a week with winny 50 mg e/d
this is my first time taking test and at the moment i have lumps underneath my nipple. what is the best this that i can take to get rid of or help out at all. i have some nolvadex lying around wondering if i should start taking that and also if i need to get anything i will. i would appericate any help

Take the nolvadex. 1st day 50mg, 2nd day 40mg, 3rd day 30mg and then 20mg each day after. Letro would be great. How long before you get it??? Start the nolvadex asap.

Even if you don't think you'll need it, it's best to at least have it on hand.
I always have at least 2 AI's, 2 SERM's and dost. on hand just in case.

Get some adex or aromasin for after you're done the letro treatment.
No need for something so strong unless you have to.
What about your PCT's?

I would suggest clomid and HCG.

It's dependent on how sensitive you are to E.
I would start at 10-20mg ed and adjust as needed.
