Ok So I get bored at night after the kid is asleep and I am watching mindless drool on TV.
the two things I use now for snacking are
Baby Carrots
Air popped pop corn with a bit of EVOO misted on and salt.
What else is there that takes awhile to eat and wont spike insulin or drop a ton of cals on me?
