Today's Wednesday and I compete on this Saturday. I'm just wondering what most people eat the night before their show?! Also, what about in between prejudging and evening finals?
prejudging portion starts at 930am, evening show starts at 630pm
I'm sans-coach and done pretty damn good on my own if I don't say so myself (I think I deserve to toot my own horn at this point lol) but just wondering if that "night before" meal includes fats, carbs, sodium, etc? Or whatever else you guys wanna add. Thanks!
