I have been in contact with representatives with RxealthDrugs, and I have some information I hope will put everyone at ease.

As some of you have noticed, RxHealthDrugs has upgraded their site. I know there have been some issues regarding them lately, and I will address them in this post.

  • Discount Code for EF Members - will be working again within 24-48 hours
  • Customer Records - will be completely restored again within 24-48 hours
  • Live Support - will be available soon (I don't have a time frame, but have been assured it will be up)
  • Customer Service - will be improved and better than ever

RxHealthDrugs is growing and improving their site and service to better serve their customers.

not sure if it will be the same code or a new one. The current code (that isn't working) is: 34765414. Like I said though, not sure if it will sty the same or change.

lucky i read this... i was trying to the code you mentioned and after i clicked submit the original price came up.. was wondering what was up with that harhar...
 
Dam missed out on the code,Ordered some Adex 2 days ago,2 questions

1.Do they package their stuff in boxes/bottles?herd people cut stuff in little baggies
2.I'm in USA how long till my package arrvies?I herd people saying it took as long as 70days.Anything longer then 3 weeks is unexceptable.Hope I get it before my cycle comes
 
They sold people's email addys to a company called Us Pharmacy and now a ton of us get multiple calls a day from them. Awesome.

darn i tried it yesterday it was working till i clicked submit then the normal price came up now it says coupon not available..... :(

Really? Really? Its already been established that it's random number phishing (research it, Google it). On top of that (IF they did sell your e-mail), I'd LOVE to know how they are CALLING you!!! [email protected] sure as hell doesn't translate to (123) 456-7890.

Well, we don't discuss 1. no reason to have that out here. And their usual expected T/A should be on their site. lol @ you saying what is "unacceptable". Can you control the postal systems in various countries, let alone the usps? Neither can they.

this is total bullshit..this 206 area code is calling my cell phone and there is NO WAY in the world rx health has my cell number..that i can promise u

i think they got it from me filling out bullshit on facebook actually that would be my guess

Like he said. Google it and you'll see it's been happening to thousands of people, 99% of whom have never heard of RxHD.

You know this already though. You've seen my posts about it and others posts about it here. You're just ignoring the facts and trying to start up shit again. You nor anyone else can prove they sold any info to anyone.

So until you can prove it 100%...not some, "well I only got called after I ordered from them!" bullshit...I suggest you stfu about it. I can pull up a thousand people who "only got called after they bought from Wal-Mart, Walgreens, Amazon.com, CVS, Kaiser..." and a thousand other places too.

Come on...did you read my post? You tried the code yesterday? The same day that I posted that it would take 24-48 hours before the code would be working again???

ah different location, sorry... when i read your initial thread it it was 2days ago... and i tried again today, didnt log in hence the code didnt work. i just logged and in and it Works up to the bit where i click submit and the discount is removed on the payment page..

nvm ill just wait another day...
 
Looks like their order history got wiped. So much for the returning customer discount.

Also the discount code doesn't work once I click checkout. Goes back to the undiscounted price.

Sounds like they have a glitch then if the code shows the discount before checkout, then wipes it out at checkout. The old site didn't show any discount until you were at the checkout screen and a lot of people would complain thinking the code didn't work. Then someone had to tell them they needed to be logged into an active account and to proceed all the way to checkout before the discount would show.

Sounds like they tried to make it to where the code would show the discount prior to checkout so people would be happy. In doing so they apparently somehow made it disappear when customers would click checkout. LOL!

Can we get someone to confirm they are logged into an active account and not just as a guest when this is happening?

I tried while logged into my account. I saw the discount at the checkout but when I clicked and was redirected to alertpay the discount disappeared.
 
I'm confused, I put in an order for RxHealthDrugs three weeks ago, and I am seeing all of these posts about them renewing their stuff and losing orders or whatever. What is going on? Is my stuff lost or am I still going to get it? Spent a lot of money.

Nope. What is funny is I do not even remember getting one. I cannot find my order through the site either since they updated everything and deleted them. I usually get my package in exactly two weeks everytime I order from them. It has been over three now and I ran out of the product I need and I still have not received my shipment. Anyway of finding my order on the site? Or anything else I can do?

Im sure you'll get it. They've been averaging 5-6 weeks here lately. Three weeks is a little soon.

Tbh, three weeks is a little soon to be panicking about your order. I'd give it a few more weeks.
 
3 weeks is nothing. That's standard time for stuff coming from overseas. customs is holding all packs at least a week right now anyway. I just saw that on tracking I looked at for another guy's order. held 11 days.
 
Also, I just heard from a rep today...discount code should be going all the way through now. There was a glitch with AlertPay. The site takes you off rxhd to alertpay when you hit checkout now. AP wasn't taking the discount code. Should be fixed now.

The orders should be fixed too, or fixed soon. They are aware that the order history isn't showing and they were working on that too. If not fixed yet, hopefully soon!
 
Okay, thanks. I'm not really panicking in the sense that I think I will not get the package, because I know I will. I'm panicking because I am out of Aromasin and I am going to bloat up like a puffer fish and I plan on going to some outside club in a couple of weeks and I wanna' rock my beater. :magilicut

Site failed to transfer the 20% discount to AlertPay on May 14 and again today May 18. I sent a customer Service ticket on May 14 describing the problem. They responded today (5/18) asking to resubmit the ticket because their customer support software was down ?!?

Does anyone know how to get the 20% discount to transfer to AlertPay ?
 
the only people who would know are RxHD and possibly AlertPay. Last I knew they were working on it. Something about the two systems not working together properly.
