ok heres the thing guys, i am new to bodybuilding ive been trainin for about 3 months and have notcied some reasonable gains in physique. but i have started to realise my diet needs some serious readjustment. im 16 about 70kg which is about 150 lbs i think dont b/f so could any of u guys help me out ith some kind of diet routine i dnt want to intake supplements just yet but anyh other help or advice would be appreciated.
