Newbie to the board, supplements Question?

I'm 30 years old, 5'7, 175 pounds. Been playing with weights during the off season to stay in shape. Taking it seriously this year and decided to try some supplements. Right now, I am taking:
5 grams of Glutamine, EAS's EFA and a multi-vitamin in the AM.
2 servings of Nitro Tech, one during the day and after I work out.
Before I work out, I take some BCAA's and Ripped Fuel.
After I work out, I take 1 gram of glutamine and EFA.

Is there anything that I should add or not take? Trying to get cut up and work off all the beer that I drank during the softball season :D So far, I have worked out for a month and lost 7 pounds and my bench is up to 175. I know 175 isn't much so please don't laugh. I work out 5 days a week.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
Thanks in advance,
Joe Joe

AM, 2 slices of whole wheat bread and some cheese.
10am, can of tuna.
Lunch, Chicken Salad or a cold sandwich with the works.
2pm, Nitro Tech.
Work out from 5pm to 6:30 pm
Dinner, whatever the wife cooks up. Usually boiled foods like veggies, pork and chicken. From time to time I have some red meat and always a serving of rice or Tofu.
Haven't taken my diet seriously, I know I need too.
Thanks again,
Joe Joe

Eat more...
What do you all suggest (type of foods)?
Also, what is a good supplement to take for muscle tissue break down (so it doesn't happen)?
Thanks,
Joe Joe

Eat more of everything dude, it's the key to growth. Lots of meat, eggs, anything high in protein!

What kind of training split do you have?

Ditch the nitro-tech for optimum's 100% whey, or something similar. Muscletech has standard products at twice the cost. You could also save money by ditching the EAS EFA, and putting together your own efa mix for way less.

Use the money you save to buy more food:)

exactly, the bigger name brands arent a higher quality, but you pay more to support the huge dollars they put into advertising

I do agree that Nitro Tech is expensive. I will look for another protein mix :)
My work out schedule looks like this:
Day 1: Chest and Tris
Day 2: Back and Bis
Day 3: Shoulders and abs
Day 4: Rest or light Cardio.
Day 5: Legs
Day 6: Bis and Tris (light work out).
Day 7: REST.
Thanks for all the input!!
Any more advice?
Thanks again,
Joe Joe

I would not lift bi's and tri's twice in a week. You are already hitting them with push and pull exercises. Hitting them heavily once a week is good enough and if you get rid of the 5th day in your split you will have an extra day to rest which may help as well.
