Hi Everyone, Im Roxanne. I just got engaged 3 weeks ago yay! I started SERIOUSLY working out about 4 weeks ago. Already lost 8 pounds and everything is fitting way better. I am setting major goals over the next year partly due to my wedding next June and partly due to wanting to be completely healthy from now on. I've never felt better to be honest. I'm now doing 1 full hour of cardio and weight training 6x a week. I don't know if anyone has read or followed "The bodysculpting Bible for Women" book but it's been my inspiration. Anyway I do have a question...
My major trouble area is my love handles. Everything else is pretty firm for a beginner (due to my early start with sports when I was a kid) but the love handles just really piss me off because when I pull that skin tightly behind me and look in the mirror, I have almost a perfect proportioned body, so I need some advice on how to tone that area up or am I just gonna have to rely solely on the intense cardio I'm doing? Im doing 60 min 6x a week. I have noticed a big difference but I'm worrried they will still be there even when I reach my goals.. any advice?
