Hello everyone. I'm 28, been lifting for years, and despite the right diet, cardio, and lifting I can seem to improve weight-wise, and I can't get rid a a slightly soft mid-section.

I have been looking at potential "virgin stacks" and considering them, but here is the deal: I don't want to look like a tank. I see too many guys walking around with no necy and a lot of visceral fat in their abdomin. The stacks that are being recommended ar:

Deca, Primobolan, + DECA tapered up and down over 6 weeks or

Winstrol, Primbolan, +Andriol tapered up and down over 8 weeks.

I want my weights to go up, but I really want a routine that will enable me to shave the remaining fat from my mid-section (i am not over weight, just a trouble spot) and get better cut/defined.

Is there something better that I should do? (I love cardio and run and swim as well)

Seriously though, I have not used it but I have heard Anavar is a good option. I bet some more experienced members will help you out. Good luck bro.
 
Bro, shaving fat and cutting up are done w/ diet and cardio. The gear will help you not lose muscle when restricting calories. Not knowing what cycles you've done before(if any), I would suggest Test E @ 500/wk. for 10, EQ @ 600/wk. for 12. Maybe some winstrol towards the end.

Gear won't turn you into a tank.....unless you put some serious time, work and money into it.

If you want to lean up and add quality muscle with very little if any water retention....var 40mg ed, winstrol 50mg ed and 400mg of deca(only). There are several others but those three I can personally atest too. But personally the winstrol would be your best bet by far!
