Newbie looking for help

New here been lurking for a couple of days before posting and I've actually learned a lot. I came here with intent to run my first cycle of the real deal but after researching I have decided it might be a better idea to run a pro h cycle or possibly sarms first and then move on to bigger and better things down the road.

I am currently 23yo 6' 205 and estimate about 25% BF. I have only been training for about 8 months and I am seeing gains but I would like to take something to give me that extra push.

My question to you guys is what would be my best bet as a stand alone pro h cycle to get some decent strength and lean mass gains and help me cut up a bit all at once. Also what would be good pct to run and should I run any on cycle support. I want to be as safe and efficive as possible without compromising one for the other. You're on the right track. I would actually run sarms and Prohormone together. Sarms are only lightly suppressive and are non toxic so they are a great addition to stack with something like a PH. Try this cycle for size, strength, and shred

1-8 LGD 10mg ED
1-8 S4 50mg ED
1-12 Cardarine 20mg
6-12 Oxandrovar 2 caps ED (increase to 3)
1-12 N2Guard (cycle protection)
1-12 Letrozone or Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
1-12 Hcgenerate (for libido/shutdown)

PCT
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
Ostarine 25mg ED
Hcgenerate
 
If your body fat is 25%. You need work on your diet and nothing else. Post in the diet section and get some help with that.
 
Jbranken laid out an excellent cycle for you, I just ran this exact same cycle without the OxandroVar and the letro, with great results. Raze has a big point, you NEED to get your diet in check as your body fat is really high. But i also did this exact same thing at the same bf percentage and my results were great, recomposed my rats body by losing fat and gaining quality muscle. But my results were 100% dependent on my diet and my training. The drugs only gave my rats a boost. Without diet and training in check, im sure you will be disappointed (with the results in compassion to the cost of this cycle). You have only been training 8 months, If I were you id look into hiring a personal trainer for this cycle or at least make sure you KNOW what you are doing day in and day out. I say this cause most people who have only lifted for 8 months generally dont know what they are doing, i know I didn't when I was at this point.

Although that doesn't mean you dont need the letro, dont get me wrong I just took a risk by not getting it (and lack of education). See what I mean by make sure you know what you are doing? Ive been training off and on for 6 years, almost 3 years serious lifting. Ive always been fascinated by chemical enhancement and AAS ever since I was a little kid and always wanted to try it out. But I waited over 2 years of seriously considering it until I actually dove into it. Just make sure you are mentally ready to deal with any possible adverse side effects as there isnt a ton of legit research on these research chemicals, you are literally turning over your lab rats to science with these things.
 
You asked for a stand alone ph cycle and a pct along with it with an emphasis on gaining lean mass. 1-Andro or 4-Andro would be good for this as these both convert into testosterone (1-Andro really converts to 1-testosterone, not actually test.) 1-Andro poses a small risk for hair loss in those with MPB, and the results in size arent going to be as great as 4-andro for most people (correct me on this if I am wrong) but the chances of other side effects are very low. Hair thinning is your biggest concern. 4-Andro is stronger than 1-Andro but it also converts to estrogen, which means you will get better results (more size) with it but you will also experience more sides. Even though it has more side effects its still pretty mild for a ph. Unlike 1-Andro, 4-Andro converts to estrogen which means the biggest side effects will most likely be seen duing your pct.

So to answer your question Id run 4-Andro for 4-6 weeks and use nolva for your pct. You can also stack 4-andro with 1-andro (or any other ph for that matter) for even greater gains. If you do this run Nolva and Clomid at 40/40/20/20 and 50/50/25/25 respectively. You will also want to take your ph with 3-4 grams of fish oils to maximize absorbtion and its in your best interest to run on cycle supports for liver and kidney protection and drink a gallon of water a day. You can also drink grapefruit juice, eat grapefruits everyday, or take grapefruit seed extract in the morning and at night to maximize your livers ability to convert the pro hormones into the highest amounts of anabolics possible. But be warned this will raise your liver enzymes higher and put you at a higher risk for liver damage. As far as on cycle support and preventing shutdown, some shutdown is going to happen regardless of what you take, especially if you take these ph's for longer than 4 weeks. So its up to you if you want to take a HCGenerate or any test boosters, but if you can afford it go for it, it definitely cannot hurt you.

After getting some opinions and getting more educated especially on the cost of a good cycle with all safety measures taken I think I am gonna straighten out my diet and and train like hell some more and wait a while longer before I run any serious cycle. I absolutely want to do it but for the money I want to get the best results possible and I believe waiting and perfecting my diet and training will be the best way to get great results from a costly cycle.
