Hi my name is Toni and I have decided to get back into shape after having three kids. I went to my local gym to sign up so I could tone up and lose weight as I was about 90kgs. This was going fine until I went to watch a couple of the girls who worked at the gym compete in their first competitions.
They both placed first for their catagory then went onto the state comp and again they both placed the same. After a couple of weeks they convinced me to go for it for this years comp. All is going well on very low carb diet, but recently in the last three weeks they have added a few carbs to my diet and I'm not sure that this small amount of carbs could do it or not but for some reason I am starting to bloat in the stomach. Do you know whether this can cause it or could it be something else.
