Hello Friends!
I am a 41 yo male, 5'10 and 220 lbs(I know! I know! That's why I'm here!). I am 40 lbs overweight and generally in poor shape. My goal is too loose ALL the excess weight while becoming strong and "lean n mean" muscled. By summer I want to look great with my shirt off.
Here is my regimen which I started 1 week ago. Never used any of this stuff before.
HGH 2IU, 2x day= total 4IU daily.
Sustanon 250- 300 mg x once weekly.
Deca (nandrolone) 200 mg x once weekly.
I plan, next week to add:
Clenbuterol, T3 Cytomel, and Ketotifen in the common dosing/cycle recommendations. I also will add next week: Letrozole(Femara) because I believe tits should be on women. I take a LOT of supplements, including all the major "bodybuilding" supplements.
Diet is primarily Atkins esc as for me limiting carbs is the best(only?)way for me to loose weight. Mixing calisthenics with cardio. Will start weight traning in about a week when I feel ready.
ANY ADVICE? should the SUSTANON be increased to 750mg a week? Will the relatively low Deca dose HELP me loose weight as a friend suggested? Or should I be using Tremb or a Deca replacement as primary objective is Loosing Weight, secondary Muscle Growth. Any experienced advise will be appreciated!
