Newbie Cycle Advise...this sound right?

Hello Friends!
I am a 41 yo male, 5'10 and 220 lbs(I know! I know! That's why I'm here!). I am 40 lbs overweight and generally in poor shape. My goal is too loose ALL the excess weight while becoming strong and "lean n mean" muscled. By summer I want to look great with my shirt off.
Here is my regimen which I started 1 week ago. Never used any of this stuff before.

HGH 2IU, 2x day= total 4IU daily.
Sustanon 250- 300 mg x once weekly.
Deca (nandrolone) 200 mg x once weekly.

I plan, next week to add:
Clenbuterol, T3 Cytomel, and Ketotifen in the common dosing/cycle recommendations. I also will add next week: Letrozole(Femara) because I believe tits should be on women. I take a LOT of supplements, including all the major "bodybuilding" supplements.
Diet is primarily Atkins esc as for me limiting carbs is the best(only?)way for me to loose weight. Mixing calisthenics with cardio. Will start weight traning in about a week when I feel ready.

ANY ADVICE? should the SUSTANON be increased to 750mg a week? Will the relatively low Deca dose HELP me loose weight as a friend suggested? Or should I be using Tremb or a Deca replacement as primary objective is Loosing Weight, secondary Muscle Growth. Any experienced advise will be appreciated!
 
You should not do any gear until you get your BF below 14%, 12 even better. Gear is not going to do it for you. We use AAS to break through plateus and make gains in the long run. If you attempt to use gear to create a base you will be disappointed at best. Use the forums here to tweak your training and get your diet on point. You can post in those sections for insights as you go.
 
why in the fuck would you want to run deca when your trying to lose that much weight???????? that MAKES NO SENSE! aas are not going to make you lose weight like that anyway... clen is so dangerous and t3 is garbage... you need to focus on cleaning up your diet and training... then consider running sarms...
 
Sounds real bad!
You shouldn't think about AAS if you're overweight like that, much less deca, tren, clen... argh! It doesn't even look like you've done your research seriously and been critical with yourself, the place where you're currently at and your goals. AAS are for healthy, educated people.
You should drop everything except the HGH and not think about it again until you've been training for at least two years and at 10% BF.
 
The truth is becoming "mean and lean" takes much much more than just aas to achieve. Just like its been stated, breaking through natural physical/genetic barriers are what aas help with. You NEED to be at that barrier for a while before considering some stacks like your talking about. Clean that diet up, check off 25 lbs with lots of cardio, then start thinking about a sustanon ONLY cycle.

Thanks all for the advice. I am having trouble getting the weight off so I hoped by increasing strength, energy and drive(the sustanon 250 gives me a LOT of energy to do the cardio...) I would be able to accelerate my weight loss. OK, the deca...out. But HGH? Im 41, how can 4 IU of HGH a day possibly not help me loose weight? All the research shows it helps to decrease body fat and increase lean muscle mass. Even if I was 100% in shape I would still take HGH to increase levels to replace what age has stolen. And how can sustanon NOT help me reach my goal if it imparts me with ample energy to work out hard in the first place? Clen and T3...no? Everything I hear is they are Fantastic for weight loss. My diet is almost all protein/legumes/veggies...why do I need to change that? Excess glucose causes adipose deposition...I don't want to sound like a rube. This is why I asked because NOTHING can replace experience.
Which SARMS are you talking about?

your body fat % is just too high. check to find out exactly what it is.
sust and high bf%= a recipe for disaster. any steroid for that matter. its a set up for nasty sides, ie bitch tits, and lets face it, unless youre into wearing skirts, its not for you.

dylan is your guy for sarms advice. trust what he says. he knows his shit inside and out.

because steroids should be used by experienced lifters, and not by someone trying to get back in shape. it promotes a sense that you can only get to that level with steroids, and basically will lead to you not working out when you stop them. You need to workout much longer and have a clear cut schedule before you should consider them. It will obviously be hard to get back in the gym, but it is the price you pay for not doing it for so long. don't consider steroids a shortcut, because end the end it will be your downfall.

Have you considered natural supplements first? Or are you just jumping into steroids?
your friend at the gym is probably just trying to make money off of you, and not truely a friend. Taking all that stuff for a first cycle is way overkill in the first place.
 
how long have you been on that diet?

a lot of times these diets are done on the weekends only, or guys have cheat meals. its not about diet anyway, its about lifestyle.. diets don't work, changing your lifestyle does.

you need to set some realistic goals. you won't be looking like a stud by summer.. it can take years to build a nice body, not overnight .. many of us on here have been at this game for over a decade and we still aren't close to where we would like to be.
 
I never mentioned hgh in any of my posts and i am just going to refrain from it because im not a fan...

clen and t3 are very dangerous and at your weight, causing excess pressure on your heart is a TERRIBLE IDEA... chances are, your blood pressure is already horrible and that will only add to the issue amongst other issues they can cause...

sustanon should be used by people who are ready for steroid use... not JUST FOR ENERGY to workout... that makes no sense whatsoever... at your weight, your at a much higher risk for higher estrogen conversion, more internal issues related to bp, lipids, etc... and you also have shown no reason to believe that you have any discipline whatsoever with eating or training so it is not something that is for you... your not just going to take these things and have magic happen... you need to work on the other issues first and then consider these... your thinking is very flawed and your just looking for an easy shortcut and that's not how this works...
